When I was a youngster a lego set was a jolly crude bundle of building blocks that were more or less groovier than lincoln logs but not quite as dashing as Atari. As we’ve all grown up, our preferences for a variety of things has altered.  Not the least of which would be our playday distractions.

Now if your business concern was taking a drumming, like Lego was for a number of ages, you could do one of two things.  Wait for the doors to close, or identify your problems, and introduce a really fashionable daring items. They decided to accomplish this by partnering up with one of the most popular franchises in history and that being Star Wars.

From that grand marriage, we were blessed with a loony combination of Lego Star Wars toys.

One of the first franchises to really profit from ware add-ins, is the brand known as Star Wars. It was a major coup, for the folks at Lego, to recognize the potential between a Lego and Star Wars marriage, as well as for their ability to convince the Star Wars Corporation to take a chance on the unification. While as a kid, most of my Lego creations only lasted for a few days the best, before being broken into pieces and put back in the box.  Most of the Lego Star Wars toys, are meant to be put together one time and displayed indefinitely.

I’ve never been quite so freaking amazed, as I was, after having wasted a few swarms of time perusing the latest offerings from the Earth of Star Wars and Lego. Just about any memorable scene from the Star Wars movies, can be detected reimagined through the Lego catalogue of Star Wars playthings.While Lego fashioned death Star may not be everybody’s cup of tea, I reckon it beats the heck out of a disco ball hanging from your bedroom ceiling. Even the archaic, and the daring, Star Wars movies have been re-created in the Lego likeness.  You should be able to find what you want, with a little persistence.It’s hot to be able to buy collectables that you know will be of a superb quality.  Neither Lego, nor Lucas entertainment, have put out anything less then stellar products.  You know you get your moneys worth. If you’re the type, that enjoys doing puzzles with someone else, and you’re a fan of Star Wars, this is a really in vogue toy to do with a loved one.

For those of you that missed Lego from your childhood, this is a special opportunity.  Now that Lego has incorporated itself with a number of modern-day trademark name franchises, it’s a whole groundbreaking game.  When that you and your whole family and friends can enjoy.
